What access do you need?

Read-only access to analytics, ad accounts, CRM and spend data, plus sight of any agency contracts and reports. I am happy to sign an NDA before anything is shared.

We already have an agency. Is this awkward?

No, it is useful. I have no retainer to win, so the audit is the one assessment with no stake in the outcome. If your agency is good, you will finally have independent proof. If it is not, you will know exactly what to change in the brief or the relationship.

Is this just an AI sales pitch?

No. AI is one lens among several: money, positioning, channels, team, then AI. Where AI is not the right tool for a job in your business, the plan says so in writing.

What does it cost?
