What I collect, and why

Cookies and similar technologies

By default this site sets no cookies. It stores one small entry in your browser's local storage, named cb-consent, which remembers your cookie choice. It contains no personal data and stays until you clear your browser data. If you accept analytics, the analytics provider in use will set its own cookies, and I will name that provider here while it is active. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the site footer.

The call-booking buttons open a popup provided by Google. When you open it, Google may set its own cookies as part of delivering the booking service. The audit payment button is provided by Stripe, which sets its own cookies where needed for payment processing and fraud prevention. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, your IP address is visible to Google. See Google's own privacy policy for how it handles this.

Who processes your data

I do not sell personal data, and I do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed above.

International transfers

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep things

Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe, after which your address is retained only on a suppression list so you are not contacted again. Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed. Technical logs are retained according to each provider's own published policies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@thebrunogroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
